| How do EQ Solutions work? |
These products release soils, proteins, fats and sugars from surfaces. They allow these materials to be rinsed away with rinse water, leaving a clean surface. They leave no residue normally associated with salt or petroleum based cleaners.

| How do I begin using the EQ Solutions? |
| Simply pour the product into the Foamer full strength. No dilution is necessary (the Foamer dilutes the product for you). Attach the Foamer to a garden hose and you are ready to clean. |

How much Body Wash do I use per horse? |
The Foaming Tool used under average conditions will dispense about 2 ounces of solution per cleaning of the average sized horse. |

| Is the EQ Foaming tool really necessary? |
| Washing without the Foamer (bucket and sponge method), you will use much more product than is necessary and you will not save time in washing. The Foamer is built to make washing easy and quick and to stand up to the requirements for washing animals and equipment under many different conditions. |

| About 2 ounces of product washes the average sized horse. |

| How long does it take to wash my horse ? |
| About 5 minutes to apply the product and water rinse clean. There is no need to apply product more than once. |

| Can EQ Solutions remove stains? |
| Yes. The EQ Body Wash Plus is desinged for removing stains. When you remove stains from a favorite piece of clothing, you use a stronger cleaner (concentration), allow the cleaner to remain on the clothing longer (duration) before washing, and rub (agitation) the clothing before washing. These same practices can be applied with Body Wash Plus when removing stains from an animal. |

| Is EQ Body Wash harmful if it is not completely rinsed off? |
| No. There is nothing in it that is harmful. It may be re-applied as conditioner. |

| The products remove the food sources for insects. Clean animals and clean facilities have fewer insects. |
